Do I need an appointment?
Appointments get you a confirmed drop-off slot and a faster turnaround. Walk-ins are welcome for tires and oil changes when a bay is open — call (985) 336-5451 first and we’ll tell you honestly.
How long will you have my unit?
Most units are in and out in 3–5 business days. Big jobs (engine work, insurance repairs, conversions) get a written timeline with the estimate.
Do you pick up?
Yes — Free pickup within 60 miles of Slidell. Ask the advisor when you book and we’ll schedule the trailer.
Will you work on a unit I didn’t buy here?
Yes. Most of our service customers bought somewhere else. We service every brand listed above regardless of where it came from.
Can I bring my own parts?
On most jobs, yes. Customer-supplied parts carry a labor-only price and no parts warranty. Tell the advisor when you book.
