The Scheduling Form

Interactive service scheduling guide — select your vehicle type and service needed to see estimated turnaround time and what to bring to your appointment.

Step 1 of 2

What are you bringing in?

Pick your vehicle type and we’ll show you the right service options.

What you saw above is the scheduling guide widget — select your vehicle type and service to see estimated turnaround time, starting price, appointment requirements, and exactly what to bring. Use it before submitting the form below to set the right expectations before your machine comes in.

What Happens After You Submit

No black hole. No ambiguity. Here’s exactly what comes next.

Submitting your service request isn’t the same as making a phone call — you’re not going to get an immediate verbal confirmation. Here’s the specific sequence of what happens after you hit submit:

Our service team reviews every request submitted during business hours the same day. Requests submitted after hours are reviewed first thing the next business morning. You’ll receive a response by phone or text — whichever you indicated as preferred — that includes your confirmed appointment date and drop-off time, a preliminary service estimate based on what you described, and any questions our service team has about your machine before you bring it in.

If the service you described requires parts that need to be ordered before the appointment is useful, we’ll tell you that upfront — give you the estimated parts arrival window and schedule your appointment accordingly. You won’t drive in only to be told we can’t start the work.

If our schedule is full for the timeframe you need, we’ll tell you the earliest available slot and give you the option to wait or come in sooner as a standby. We don’t overbook to fill the calendar.

Typical response time: Same business day for requests submitted before 3 p.m. Next business morning for requests submitted after 3 p.m. or on weekends.

What to Bring on Drop-Off Day

Five minutes of preparation saves thirty minutes at the counter.

Every service appointment goes faster when you arrive with the basics ready. Here’s the standard list — the scheduling guide above gives you a vehicle-specific version based on what you’re bringing in:

For all appointments:

  • Year, make, and model of your machine
  • VIN — found on the frame, engine, or your registration card. Write it down before you come. Looking it up at the counter slows check-in for everyone.
  • Your phone number — the one we’ll use to reach you when the machine is ready or if we have questions mid-service
  • A brief description of the issue or service you’re requesting, even if you already described it in the form. The service writer at check-in is not always the same person who processed your online request.

For warranty work, add:

  • Proof of purchase or original sales receipt
  • Manufacturer warranty documentation if you have it
  • Any prior warranty claim numbers for the same machine

For WaveRunner service, add:

  • Current registration certificate
  • Trailer and tow vehicle information if using our pickup service
  • Any history of recent impeller issues, water ingestion, or unusual performance

For first-time customers: Bring a government-issued ID. We create a customer record at check-in that ties to your machine’s service history — useful for every future visit.

Drop-Off, Wait, or Pickup — Your Options

Three ways to get your machine to us.

Drop off and leave. The most common approach. Bring your machine in at your scheduled time, check in at the service counter, and we’ll contact you when it’s ready. For routine services like oil changes with a morning appointment, many customers are contacted the same afternoon.

Wait in the shop. For quick services — oil changes, tire mounts, battery replacements, 30-point safety inspections — you’re welcome to wait. Our waiting area is available during business hours. For longer services, waiting isn’t practical and we’ll ask you to arrange a pickup time instead.

Pickup service available. We offer pickup for customers who can’t transport their machine to us. Call the service line at (985) 832-4537 to arrange pickup — availability and distance limitations apply. Mention pickup in your online service request if you’d like us to address it when we contact you to confirm your appointment.

Saturday Appointments — For the Rider Who Works Weekdays

Service hours now include Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Saturday appointments are available and genuinely useful for riders who can’t get machines in Monday through Friday. A few practical notes on Saturday scheduling:

Saturday slots fill faster than weekday availability — particularly in peak riding and WaveRunner seasons (spring and fall). If you need a Saturday slot, submit your request at least five business days in advance when possible. Last-minute Saturday requests are accommodated based on current capacity — call the service line Thursday or Friday morning to check same-week Saturday availability.

Not all service types are available on Saturday. Complex repairs, warranty claim processing, and jobs requiring special-order parts that haven’t arrived are scheduled for weekday completion. Saturday is best suited for routine maintenance, inspections, tire service, oil changes, and quick diagnostics.

Seasonal Scheduling — Book Ahead for These Windows

Two times of year when our service schedule fills fast. Plan accordingly.

WaveRunner spring launch (February–March) Gulf Coast and Lake Pontchartrain riding season starts earlier than most of the country. Riders who want their WaveRunners in the water in early March need to schedule spring service in January or early February. We fill up. If you’re calling in late February asking for a same-week spring service slot, we may not have one. Book early.

WaveRunner winterization (October–November) The first cold snap sends everyone in at once. Riders who wait until November to winterize often find a two-to-three week wait. If you’re done for the season in mid-October, that’s the right time to schedule — not after the first freeze warning.

Peak riding season weekends (March–May, September–October) Saturday appointments and quick-turn weekday slots in these windows are competitive. If your machine needs attention heading into a big riding weekend, don’t call Thursday afternoon expecting a Friday appointment. Give us a week.

We Service Machines We Didn’t Sell

Buy elsewhere. Service here. You’re still welcome.

Our authorized service coverage for Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki applies to any machine on those platforms — regardless of where it was purchased. If you bought your Ranger at a dealer in Baton Rouge, your Foreman in Mississippi, or your WaveRunner anywhere else — we can service it here in Slidell on the same authorized terms as machines we sold ourselves.

For brands outside our authorized lineup (Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Can-Am, KTM, Husqvarna, Suzuki) — we accept service work on a case-by-case basis for maintenance and non-warranty repairs. Call the service line and describe the machine and what it needs. We’ll tell you honestly if it’s work we can perform well.
