Well needless to say my son was extremely hard on his bike and tore it all up. The whole rear end was shot. Not to mention he drove to New York and back with all the miles he put on it in just the short time he had it. Well long story short I came here for the laundry list of parts I needed and everyone at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Adam353 days agoEven though we were unfortunately unable to get a deal done, because of very high interest rate for a Slingshot, the staff was very polite and hardworking in trying to get me on a new slingshot. Steve in finance really worked with me, even after the business was closed too do what he could. Madison in sales was responsive and assisted best she could. Shame I couldn't close the deal and make a purchase, but I still highly recommend giving friendly power sports a chance to earn your business. Update 9/16/2025: Steve is more Awesome 😎 than originally thought. He got me at a lower interest rate, LETS GO!!!!! Dakota Bankston687 days agoCalled everywhere in Baton Rouge and was quoted 2 months to even touch my machine. Called these folks and they said "can you get it over here by 5?" This was on Friday leading into a holiday weekend. Got a call that Tuesday with the diag results. Informed me that I had a fried spark plug on cylinder 1 and some other minor issues. Also said they just went ahead and fixed it during diag since they were already into it and that I could come get my machine whenever I wanted. Think I paid $250 for a diag, parts, labor, and t-shirt? Hard to beat for a 2 business day turnaround when your machine is down and you need it the following weekend. I would absolutely bring my stuff back here for work, and the service experience has put them at the top of my list when I start looking for another piece of equipment.Posted on Google

Brett was our salesman, and he knew we were going to drive the hour and half to come get it. We were able to reserve the bike with a deposit and came a few days later. We got there when they opened and he immediately helped us get into the financing department. The young lady that signed our paperwork and title information was super nice and quick. The quality of the work is really high, and the service staff, especially Dustin, is courteous, friendly, and professional. They are just really good, decent folks who treat you fairly. He was very helpful in sending me the wiring schematic to identify the wires needed in the install. He was able to assist me even when Polaris customer service was unable to provide assistance.
